Status:

Disciplinary Commission shall be the executive body of the Slovak Chamber of Architects for the exercise of the disciplinary power of the Chamber. The Disciplinary Commission is a five-member senate; one of them has legal university education and is not a member of the Chamber. The members are elected by the General Assembly for a period of two years.
Tasks: Disciplinary Commission
a) creates the mediation and disciplinary senates,
b) keeps an evidence of received disciplinary punishments,
c) extinguishes the disciplinary offences and announces to the Commission for Authorization about receiving or extinguishing the disciplinary offences,
d) organizes the preparation of the proposal of the disciplinary order and eEthic order,
e) cooperates with the police force, tax authorities, building authorities and other persons to clarify the disciplinary offenses and criminal investigation.
