PROCEDURE AND TERMS OF SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION TO PASS AN AUTHORIZATION EXAMINATION:
At least one month before the date of the exam it is required to deliver at the Chamber Office:
- filled application for passing the authorization examination,
- photocopy of evidence of formal qualification,
- portfolio,
- logbook,
- abstract of criminal record not older than 3 months.
